I have just witnessed an accident where an elderly man got his peddles mixed up and crashed over the edge of a parking lot and was balanced over the edge! This sort of driving could kill people! Should there be a better system for keeping check of drivers when they get into their older years?

Elderly drivers should be tested and checked on, each year at least, but an age ban, no- many people 75 and 80 are still very good drivers and have complete control on the faculties, some don't, I knew a woman about 75 who drove all over the country towing her, Travel Trailer, ha ha scares hell out of me, but she did it and did it well without incident.

Immigrants are more dangerous than the Elderly-

I don't think an age limit is the answer. I do agree with having to perform a driving test every four years when you have to renew your license. I don't think this should start at 70 or 75 either. I think it would be a good idea to have everyone perform a driving test no matter what the age. Frankly there are people a lot younger than 70 that need to have their license taken away because their driving is a danger to everyone.

There shouldn't be a maximum age for driving. That being said, there should be regular driving tests after the age of 70 to assure the safety of society.

There shouldn't be a max age, but there should be an annual test for people over 60.

Yes there should. Alternately, a test every 6 months once a person crosses 55 should be made mandatory.
