You should be true to yourself, because if you not your everything is a lie, you should know ones self before you get to know other people. Even if you lie to yourself but your conscious always tell you otherwise. If you not true to yourself you will always walk in other people's shadows.

you cannot lie to yourself because you know what is the truth and lying wont get you anywhere. its like covering up something you don't like but you know what **** you have covered and sooner or later you are going to think about it and know that you have done something wrong.

so its best not to lie to anyone but its the biggest crime to lie to yourself.

because if you are not true to yourself then you can expect anybody to be true to you.

and according to me you lie only when you don't like the truth so if you lie to yourself that means you don't like yourself or at-least a part of you. how do you feel about this??

Why you have to lie to yourself? it's because you don't want to face the fact or what? Lie to yourself doesn't solve any problems. Only you face the problems, you solve the problems, then the problems will be gone. Everytime you face the problem, you will be stronger and more confidient.
