I am a woman and i can assure you that as far as i am concerned size does not matter but how you use it does and how you treat a woman in bed does ,though i will not argue that there are women out there who think the bigger the better probably because they've never had a loving mutual respect for their partner and are not in a lasting relationship, if your giving ,loving and caring in the bedroom thats far more important than your size

I largely disagree with Intelligent Black Man's Q&A and Jerasica. Women ARE NOT necessarily lying when they say penis size doesn't matter (though, of course, some might be)! Surely, that answer assumes that we all share the same value system and/or sexual preferences?

As I've probably said before, whether or not that particular "size issue" matters (and, if it does, exactly *how*) depends on the individual person doing the assessment. For some of us, just for the d**k to be aroused is enough and we'll take it from there. For others, there are some physical dimensions that might help. It depends what we intend to do with it (and, again, that will vary between individuals). For example, a woman who enjoys penetration, likes it to feel tight and also has a more roomy vagina might prefer a large penis. A woman who is somewhat tighter and doesn't like to feel stretched (or, indeed, a person who is trying anal for the first time) might prefer a smaller one. Someone who doesn't really care for penetration at all may not give a flying f**k (excuse the pun) what size it is.

Trite as it sounds, I'd say it isn't ultimately about the d**k. It takes at least two people to get a person off and I'd argue that not even the most perfectly angled/sized/whatever penis will do the job if other stuff isn't in place (and I'm not necessarily just talking about soppy stuff here, there are skills, hormones and moods to be considered too).

Depends on what you mean by "size." If you mean over all body type then I will date anyone who strikes my interest short, tall, skinny, or fat. I've gone on date with men 5'5" to 6'5" and my first date weighted three times my weight... and my last almost my current weight (138). So no that doesn't matter as much as you'd think as long as you take care of yourself (Clean cut I mean).
If you are talking a little further south then that varies from person to person. I don't think bigger is better, but I want there to be enough girth that I can tell it is there and long enough to try some different positions. However if you know what you are doing and can work what you have then size does not matter.
Unless I'm just looking... and then bigger is better as long as it is nice and healthy in appearance!

Girls automatically assume that a big penis is an assurance of a good perfomance. That is not true.A guy might have a big one but just can not use it, another can have a small one and know how its done. Some prefere a big one just for the satisfaction of their eyes and then its all psycological that because its big it does a better job. truthfully? length no doesn't matter - girth yes it helps but most importantly it is HOW they use what they have got. A lot of women do not orgasm through penetration so stimulation with toungue/fingers etc will bring a woman to orgasm and then regardless of size you can both enjoy the finale!

It matters to a degree. It shouldn't be too small or too big. But even if you have a big one and don't know how to use it, then it's worthless. It's acombination really, size and use.
