Certain foods should be eliminated from the diet that has high acid in them, such as tomatoes and tomatoe foods. If your condition is hyper acidity, first of all, go see your Dr. There is a wide assortment of prescription meds that work wonders. You sould be under alot of stress and have an ulcer. Do you ever have black, tarry stools? I have a chronic ulcer in my esophagus, and take one pill in the morning and have little problem with anything that I eat.
