Oh..um.. just an opinion...
I think it's because she's scared to actually get into a real relationship because it means opening up a heart that is already wounded and scarred. She prefers physical love to something far deeper.

Well You need to ask her that.I am sure you have many other great quality's. If one quality is above all other qualities in her eyes...She probably needs to get her eyes checked.
