i keep phocusing on my bf and everything he does. if he goes anywhere im mad if he doesnt come back on time etc. if i was more phocused on myself i wouldnt be worried about him. how can i get out of this mess. ive tried and tried and nothings working. i have a boring life and no car and i dont associate with alot of people. what can i do to find something to do with myself. i hurt my back on my job so i cant work. im tired of worrying about what hes doing. i wish i had something to do and maybe he would care about what im doing for once. instead of knowing im always sitting ther waiting on him. plz help. ive even tried breaking up and then i can be bored alone but then i miss him. i sit and i think and think. i do things around the house and that gets old. i cant walk everywhere cause its so damn hot outside. ive prayed and i just feel lost.

To stop thinking abt him, there r few thngs u can do. Somethng like surfing net, go fr chatting, so tht u can meet different ppl frm different places.I hope u will enjoy tht. As u hv stated tht u r not comfortable with other ppl, i guess u will be happy with those ppl on net. Then you can listen to music. It wil decrease a lot stress, tht u hv. Then other thngs to be done are computer games, thn watching TV, listening to music. If possible try cooking too, if u r interested. You can read books or do watevr hobbies u like. I guess with all these, u will get a little relief. :)

I would get a hobby, like Chess or something like that. And don't tell me that girls don't play chess, there are plenty of women masters in chess. You need to develop a hobby that works the brain and gives you brain calisthenics. You will become so immersed in it, (because you can learn it in 30 minutes, but it can take a lifetime to master, and you can forget about your bf, if that is your intentions. There are other challenging games, such as Go, but you need to find someone to teach you.

If chess is not your cup of tea, pick another game, or sport. I would suggest martial arts, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Yoga, Judo, Aikido, will all help you overcome your back pain, depending on the sensei. Women are especially perfect for Aikido and Judo because they were developed to overcome larger people using technique, not strength. Good luck!!!!!

Obviously you have a talant for writing, so forget your back and work with your mind. Go back to school, get a degree or just get a job that invovlves computers.

I think u should do meditation atleast for 1 hour then i think u might able to handle the situation.
