I have seen many of them. Growing as they do from coming out of an egg to the stage when they are learning to fly and finaly fly off.
Probably why you have never seen it is due to the locations in buildings where they nest.
In my case they have made their nests in my balcony floor, behind the Airconditioning systems.

you dont see them because they dont leave their nest until they are big enough to go out on their own and fly. if you look real close, you can tell the difference between a young/baby pigeon verses and old pigeon, by the fur, the size, the feet (baby pigeons have bright pink claws, old pigeons have worn out dirty claws).

You probably do but don't think they are baby pigeons. They are not tiny birds when they hatch out and do not leave the nest until they have grown quite a lot

when they still look like babies, they are in the nests, once they look fully grown (even if they are not always) they start leaving the nests. Young pigeons have dawny feathers on their heads and around the feet, if you watch closely, you might spot one. And the robot and alien stuff is just nonsense! - Show you how little people know these days!

You've seen them for shure but they were not as little as you thought they wold be. And that's why they don't leave nest until they grow up a bit. But if you are unfortunate and pigeons make a nest at your terass then you could see that they are the most disgusting little thing you've EVER seen...

look on the top of big signs on the front of shops like the golden arches on Mcdonalds or whatever
if you're lucky you'll see a dinky baby pigeon head
feed them if you really want to know where the nests are

because baby pigeons dont look like pigeons they are even uglier than the grown ones so they go into hiding until they don't look like they have been beaten to death with the ugly stick

Actually you do see baby pigeons. They are the really scruffy looking ones.

Because pigeons are aliens. They arrive on this planet in pods, already fully grown. They are trying to take over the world. Beware!

I saw my first baby pigeon 5 weeks ago under a bridge in Cardiff....I was truly amazed!
