Israel is a small country so you can see a lot.
Jerusalem--Western Wall, the different quarters. The Christrain quarter, Muslim quarter, etc.....Tel Aviv has great beaches and is known for being the party place in Israel. Go to Tiberias (Tveria) and see the Sea of Galilee. Haifa is ok but nothing great. Eilat in the south is also great. Great beaches but not much else. And of course the Dead Sea. It is the lowest point on Earth.

Israel is a fascinating place! I lived in Nazareth for a summer so I highly recommend visiting that city. Highlights on the tourist itinerary in Nazareth usually include a stop at the Church of the Annunciation and Mary's Well and Joseph's carpenter shop. I recommend seeing those if you want to, but defianately get away from the tourist areas and walk around the residential areas. There's a hill where you can hike up to see a gorgeous view of old Nazareth. Try one of the best falafels you'll ever taste at one of the falafel stands in the market areas!

1. The dead sea - the lowest point in the world and the saltiest sea - you can read a newspaper just floating on the surface effortlessly
2. Jerusalem - the wailing wall, the burial place of Christ, the old city... its beautiful
3. The south - masada, the desert and the canyons are beautiful
4. The Jordan river and the Sea of Galilee.
5. Tel Aviv of course! great shopping and night life! a fun fun city to visit!
