My girlfriend is going home for the summer. We have decided to break up for this period as both of us dont want to do the whole long distance thing. I'll still see her during the summer as she'll be coming up to see me and i'll be visiting her. We'll be sleeping together also. I dont know if i should see other ppl though. I have discussed it with her and she said she didnt really mind but said the thought of it was really weird. Im afraid however that when i tell her that ive slept with other girls that i'll lose her despite what she has said.

I don't think sleeping around is a good idea in this situation, but it sounds like you don't need to turn into a monk. You can go out and flirt and have a good time without worrying.
You won't be going for that long without sex if you will be seeing each other and she might not be so cool about it after the fact.
I would suggest, don't go looking for it, but if an irresistable offer comes your way consider it in light of all the facts and then decide at the time. Also, don't catch anything that you might pass on to your girl friend; she definitely won't like that.
It sounds like you are both being very sensible in that you hang out together because you enjoy each others company but you don't want to be tied into something because you are in a 'relationship'.

If it's a mutual thing to break up, then if you get close to anyone then you can if it feels right. She may also end up sleeping with other people, since she's technically single and is just sleeping with you when you see each other during the summer.

The last thing you want to think about is sleeping with other girls while you girlfriend is away. Since it is a mutual decision to break-up during this period what you do is you business. Be careful, of STD'S protect yourself and her no matter your decision is. My advice is if you do keep it to yourself take it to the grave. As a woman I know she will hold it against you.

In my opinion sex should be special and is reseved for that special person in your life and nobody else. For this reason I disagree with sleeping around. If you sleep with other people just for the sake of it won't feel as good and you'll feel bad about yourself and you'll lose you girlfriend. On top of this you will put yourself (and your girlfriend too) at risk from STDs. It just ain't worth it!

You talk crap. Your not broken up if shes still visiting and your sleeping together.
If you love her you won't want to sleep around!
If you want to sleep around then dump your girlfriend probably, don't see each other or sleep together again.
If you don't want to break up with her probably, then don't sleep around, make a choice before one of you gets really hurt.

sleep with other people as many as you can, and if she asks just say you didnt, or if you dont want to lie do things with other people just dont sleep with them and beleive me she wont leave you if she loves you, been there donr that.
