engine power is given by,
Power = (2*П*N*T)/60 , W
where,
N = speed of the engine,rpm
T = torque = F * r, N-m
F=Force,N
r = radius of the brake drum,N

If you want power in horse power,
H.p = power( in W)/746

Pmi * Vs * k * N

where Pmi = indicated mean effective pressure
Vs = swept volume = area of cylinder * stroke length or bore * stroke
k = no of cylinders
N = n for 2 stoke engine and n/2 for 4 stroke
n = rpm of crank shaft
