What do you think of the Filipino Language?

hey that is pretty funny, i lived in the Philippines for about 6 years and i like the language pretty much.
do you mind if i tell you my story by the way?
I work in the U.S. and i am a professional packer in a packing company. one time a friend asked me what is the hardest thing to pack? and i said a hamster because it bites you everytime you try to pack it, but the techinique is you give it something to eat and whent it is not looking you pack it immediately.
Then my friend asked me if it was a good paying job, and i sayed yes since it is family business i do get payed really good, but I am just a regular packer, but my mom however, is the mother packer of the company and my grandma is the grandmather packer of the company and she is the one that owns the company. She is also the most experienced packer of all the family.

filipino language has many dialects and tagalog is the common. those words above are not really the exact tagalog translation of the english word. there are english words that has a tagalog translation but there are also some words don't have exactly tagalog term that is why the spelling is just being changed. like for example the word computer it can be kompyuter in tagalog.
But as a conclusion tagalog is ASTIG! meaning cool in english.. is it easy to learn and the language is like mix of somewhat spanish terms and american english..

To Hardcore, don't think we're alone in adopting a lot of foreign words and making them sound like our own language. Even the Americans took a few words for us, bastardized them and made them their own. For example:

And the Japanese take it to another level, by having a totally separate alphabet (katakana) for foreign words (they use hiragana and kanji for Japanese words, where kanji is adopted from Chinese script).

So please don't knock this as a flaw. It's just the way languages evolve.
