Just get a box of 'Crest White Strips' from walmart. They work really well.

The colgate tooth whitening toothpaste works excellent and is much cheaper than the white strips. You have to brush twice a day and I've been using it for the past three days and have already noticed a difference. It's with the tooth whitening products, not the toothpaste.

A home-made mixture of finely ground charcoal, chalk, and common salt - a combo used successfully by my grandma, to keep her teeth a shining white !
