No. Muslim men can only marry Christians or Jews, preferably muslim women, though. Muslim women can only marry muslim men. Children take the religion of the father, and if a muslim woman were to marry a nonmuslim, it would be against Islam.

No. If they have to get married, they must convert to Islam.(Bride or Groom).
Christians and Hindus are not the same. Christians and Jews are "people of the book" according to Islam, Hindus are not. A muslim can marry a "people of the book".

In India-life exists in comples form. Yes- a muslim can marry a hindu. Why not?But itdepends on thier social status .
if you come from elite class-you can do this with style but you can not do so if you come from lower or middle stad of society.
I do agree with the lady who says that she is christian and married to a muslim. I am of the view that she comes from higher side of society.
In nutshell- yes, a hindu/muslim can marry a hindu/muslim.

It's their life. They can do anything. If hindu women wants to marry muslim men then what's the big deal! In the end they are going to face the consequences! And it's not necessary that the marriage is going to be unsuccessful. Hinduism is never going to end. If people allow inter religion marriages then there will be no conversion! If people stop making rules like hindu can not marry muslim and blah blah then then there will be no change. God is one. Allah and Ram, both are one! THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM. If someone is praying by singing bhajans or if someone is praying by doing namaaz, in the end they are praying to one god only!
