Only Philips tubes have these two blocks on the sides of the visual tube.
If you have these on your TV, then you have a good set. Its common to find Philips tubes in many many makes of Television.

If it were airborne dirt and dirt you need to be able to work out it with the show grew to grow to be off conserving it lower than a mild. more suitable than probably a pixel difficulty - ought to correctly be stuck pixels and not in any respect useless ones.
