He always stares at me and he always looks at me when i pass by. I think i like him ut i am not sure. WHat do i do?

O.o My, you should just ignore him, learn to release any tension and pressure he's pouring into your being from all his stares, just dont keep your guard down... stay away from him!
Don't like him back...As a girl being stared at means your being admired. And feeling admired makes you feel special and confident about your self (thats what all girls r looking for in a guy, someone who makes you feel special =), making you feel all giddily inside.
Maybe your starting to have feelings for him cause he's not paying much attention to you now. Come on what type of girl wants to lose a suitor =)
But... sad to say in reality, guys who stares a lot at women are often men who are really really into girls (literally!) and must've secretly done those kinds of things to other girls aswell.
But if you already like him..well...just dont feel dissapointed or surprise...expect the unexpected!!!... when he starts to give other girls the same kind of looks he's presently giving you. Dont feel rejected k? =) Be prepared!!!!
What type of guy would say "I love you" even before trying to get close or befriend you....an insensitive bastard whose brain is running on hormones, thats what!

If you like him then go for it.
But get friendly with him first 'test the water to see if you are compatible' Then its obvious-go for it or ditch him.
I do look at other women regularly. Some look at me as if I am a perv. But I am definitely not! I just like looking at the different types of women. Appreciate that someone is taking an interest in you. Good luck.
