It would hurt, immensely. One of the things that attracted me to my husband was his love for God. I would try to find out what brought on such a change. Try reasoning with him. In the end, if I could not change him, I would try to make our marriage work if he was still willing to be married to me.

How sad! My response would be to first take a deep breath and ask the Lord to give me the words....then I would ask my spouse questions and really listen to what he had to say. I think I would try to take some time before responding and continue to live my faith. I think at some point I would remind him of all the Lord has done for us....I would continue to pray that the Lord make Himself known to my husband.

I would still love them then I would pray about it. After that I would sit down with my spouse and discuss why they believed what they did. Then I would try to point out things in their life that God truely had his hand in. Of course I would also try to use bibical references.

I would pray for her. I would try to reason with her in a loving way. If that did not work I would live my life as an example to her and love her anyway. Marrage is forever, I would not leave her.

share the Gospel, coach that we are all vile sinners deserving no longer something yet Hell (be cool approximately it), yet God so enjoyed the international that he despatched his basically son that anybody who believes on him won't perish yet have eternal life. Take it sluggish and in small bites, you do no longer choose him to choke on the Gospel and spit it out, so be delicate while going approximately it. Plant the seed and enable Christ do something.

i would say that the Devil corrupted his mind. I will explain to him again, as calm as i can be, that Satan is the greatest deceiver, and he has been deceived!
if he didnt agree with me, iLL ask God!
But if he still didnt agree with me,
iLL ask a pastor or a friend of mine who has strong faith. Then we'll pray for him! Ü

I'd be devastated but I would listen to his explanations why and will try with all my might not to argue with him about our beliefs. I'd consider his reasons and then lift him up to God and I hope and pray he'd come around.

This would be his choice after all. Just because he is no longer a believer, does not mean that God no longer exists. God gave us freewill - this is His law.
