I want to start a charitable fund organisation of my own. I do not I want to contribute to any existing organisation. This organisation will be in aid of underprivaliged children, looking after their educational needs until they can provide for themselves. I need to know what procedure one has to go through along with all govermental approvals and licences necessary.
