Jesus did, who declared him an apostle. You may be offended, but Jesus is not. Paul simply elaborated on what Jesus said:
Matthew 15:17 Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?
18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
20 These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.
You see, physical things can not defile a person, it is not that which goes into the mouth, but that which comes out that defiles a person. For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks, and it is from the heart that all sins come. The only sin that can be against our body the temple of the Holy Ghost is fornication - 1 Corinthians 6:21.
And why are you offended? Are you simply trying to attack the Bible? If you had the Spirit of God in you so that you were a Christian, you would recognize Paul's words to be inspired by the same Spirit who spoke in Jesus.

Paul never wrote anything. The Acts of the Apostles was written by St. Luke who also wrote the Gospel according to St. Luke and Luke was a physician and was not a disciple of the Christ, and he wrote his Gospel about 120 years after Christ and he wrote for the benefit of his Emperor Theophilus as a one-man commission of enquiry into the events at Jerusalem.
Luke opens his Gospel with his admission that many had written about the topic so it seemed good to him also, to write. Luke does not claim to have received Revelation from his Lord nor does he claim his Gospel to be Revelation.
Luke's was the last Gospel written yet it appears in the position of the third. Luke was of gentile origin and, like his Emperor, worshipped the Sun God Zeus. Luke's account is therefore made up of excerpts from other accounts that were written by every Tom, Dick and Harry, which includes those written by his pagan comerades.
Paul's meeting with the Jesus of Luke happened in the middle of the day, midday, when the Sun would have been the only bright light in the sky above, and Zeus was their Sun God, and Heaven alone may know what Paul had drunk that day, and his three accounts of this encounter has given the reader witnesses who heard and did not hear, who saw and did not see, and who either fell to the ground or stood.
Please note that Barnabus is calles Zeus and Paul Mercurius in The Acts of the Apostles !4:!2,13 in the presence of the priests of Zeus. Please be informed that Zeus becomes Jupiter in the Latin from the Greek, and that some versions of the Bible use Zeus while some use Jupiter.
Luke may well have been the author of all four Gospels since John, in his closing chapter also hints that the author is "we".

The gospel of Paul is not the Bible, its only one book in the bible. Anybody can write anything (freedom of speech). But the church did not have to accept it as gospel. You have heard of the other gospels that were not cannonized by the catholic church? The gospel of Mary. The gospel of Judas. And others. They were also there when Jesus walked the earth and witnessed what he did, so why did the church reject their testamony? Who knows? I dont. But Paul was there and his book was accepted. Did you know Paul was considered the first pope? Food for thought. I never heard of that about Jesus and pork. I know the muslim faith forbids pork, but Christianity has no such restriction to my knowledge. No the bible is no spreadsheet. The Catholic church in the past decided which writings were cannonized. Probably nothing more will ever be added, but who knows for sure? Not I.

Eh?? Do you know what the word Bible means? it loosely translates to 'a collection of books', which - as I am sure you can work out, means is the product of many different authors.
Who has the right to write in it is debatable (and many a scholar, 'politician' and theologian)have debated just this over the course of history, and plenty of books have been added, or removed over time. Even if you believe the bible to be the word of god, you must accept that he did not write it in person, and just who of us mere mortals receives the 'Divine message' could always be open discussion, could it not? As it is rather tricky to prove.

Paul real name was Saul. He used to hate, torture, and kill early Christians. Jesus was sent exclusively to the Jews of Jerusalem and he ordered them not to preach out of Jerusalem and to worship the one and only God. Saul when he fade up and found he couldn't stop Christianity invented a vision of bright light that made him blind for 3 days, in which he claimed Jesus told him to be a saint. He was smart and decided to evacuate Jerusalem from Christians by ordering them to peach all over the world. Although he had a very bad background, he never met Jesus, and he didn't provide any authentic proof of his truth, most Christians today follow him rather than Jesus as he wrote 13 out of 27 of the Bible. Although Barnaba was one of the 12 followers of Jesus, his gospel was removed from the Bible.
Jefferson once wrote that, “Paul was the first corrupter of the teachings of Jesus.” Paul was the first anti-Christe.

Is it a Paul Hate day??Did Paul write or compile the bible? Paul wrote letters, your supposed canonical fathers who felt they knew what the world needed put the Bible together, so it is not Paul's fault that his letters where added to the Bible. Blame the canonical fathers for the appearance of Paul's words in the Bible not Paul himself

If you are referring to Paul the Apostle, God TOLD him what to write down. He didn't dream it up all on his own.
The Bible was written by many men. However, it has only ONE author; God.
There were many books written under the direction of God. Not all of them made it into the Bible. God did not decide which books were included, man did.
The information we lost because of men not listening to God is astronomical. (can't blame this one on the women). The men sat around and debated the good and bad points of each "book", one by one.
