i have thin hair? what should i do???????

i can't curl hair and it'll only last 2 min. what shampoo can literally thicken my hair?/

Don't believe in the many too advertised shampoos,balsams,etc.In fact,if you really have a thin hair it's not likely to thicken it,because that's your type.Of course,there are workable solutions for strengthening the hair and it's folicles,they are a goos remedy.I would recommend you to combine both a special supplement that reinforces from within your body(as Phyto capsules,combination of Zink,Selen,Vi.E,A etc.) and locally you may apply the Phyto seria for thin hair and is you can afford it bye also their Phitocyane ampules.I am sure that using that medical cosmetical brand will help you!

it's not the shapoo which helps , but hair treatment , which you should follow religously.
first of all get a bolltle of each of these oils....viz, olive, almond and castor
then mix 1:1:1 in proportion , heat it slightly and massage into scalp at least one hour before washing . after massaging the oil , it is v.good if you can take head steam. you can do it at home by using the hot-towel therapy or if you have a facial steamer, use it for your hair...(getting creative here) .use v.mild shampoo...best would be baby shampoo , and use mild conditioner . keep away from all other chemicals till your hair improves.
for diet take a vietamin E tablet , and eat a lot of Amla......

i dunno but you can get hair extentions or get a shampoo that allows you to wear your hair curly
