On a previous ocasion I posted a question to muslims about the Azaan, I thank you for your helpfulness. There is also another prayer I heard, it has a more musical note ( or the man could've just done it like that), during the time when muslims celebrated "the birth of prophet". This prayer also gave me a very warm and fuzzy feeling. Can you help me with the words and what the prayer is ? Thank you.

The Prayer is what u already know , and there's only 1 Azana ,
And in Muslim Religious festivals there's a Song which is usually said , but i don't think that this is what u have heard ,
Probably it's a kind of a song or something , and u better ask for its meaning in the place u have heard it ,

If you want to hear Muslim songs , there's a very famous singer called " Sami Yusuf" i think you will like him , he sings in both English and Arabic .
his website : www.samiyusuf.net ,
Hope i have helped.

Salam :) I'm a Muslim youngster dwelling in Canada. I put on hijab alhamdullilah and it is for essentially the most side authorised right here considering that i reside in a large town with a titanic Muslim populace. I do get the few ignorant feedback and idiots at college although who ask stuff like "yo obtained a bomb beneath there hahaha". But the toughest side is being special out of your peers. Being a Muslim, events, alcohol relationship boys dressed in revealing apparel and so on is haram, and at the same time I do not wish to try this besides, it may be a bit awkward to need to give an explanation for why I do not do it to folks who do not forget it only a side of being an adolescent and its common to them. Muslims dwelling in Muslim international locations most likely have it less complicated on the subject of becoming in. And with meals it may be a bit problematic however I consistently attempt to learn the label if I'm no longer certain of the constituents. But I would not wanna be another faith regardless of how problematic it will get and the way special I believe from every person else, I'm pleased to be Muslim :)

Yes. probably you have heard a Naat. It is not like the azaan, but just like a hymn probably. Poetry and melody to honor the Prophet. In some areas it is very popular in others less. If you have any P2P software you may like to download cat stevens or Sami Yusuf to hear one. At times the Quran is read in a certain manner which is quite melodious and soothing to one's ears; this is known as Qirat.

There is no Azan related to the birth of prophet Muhammad. An Azan is a call for prayer. Could it have been a song or a hymn praising Allah and Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h.?

I dont think it was a prayer. It must hav been a "Hamd" or a "nath".
Hamd is a poem or a song written to praise Allah
