what about the african penguins, also known as the Jack@ss penguin, it can be found off the coast of argentina.

There are penguins naturally found in warm climates. There are also penguins unnaturally in warm climates ie. zoos. I would think these penguins would be susceptible to the virus. As for penguins in cold climates I'm not sure. I do not know enough about the bird flu to know if the virus can live in cold.

ABSOLUTELY NOT ... unless ... and this is very important ... unless the Penguins have been removed from their natural habitat ... ie ... placed in a zoo, or something like that. Where the penguins live makes it impossible for the Avian (Bird) Flu to live ... much less thrive. It has been studied into the ground and decided that it is just too harsh a climate for any influenza virus to live. Even humans don't get the flu in the Antartic.
