If a student of TYBCom fails in 1 subject and clears it in Oct, does he get a class as per his aggregate total

Question

if the student clears in Oct, the subject he had faild in, in the marksheet gvn to him in Oct results, is he gvn a first, second class as per his actual total marks achieved inclusive of all Subjects or he is jst gvn a pass class irrespective of his total marks achived? thats with the Mumbai University.

In Pune Univ, You do. Dunno about Mumbai Univ. I see no reason why it should be different.
