Those are from Catholocism. Christianity says honoring days doesn't matter one way or the other, and if anything can be negative.
Romans 14:5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.
Galatians 4:9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?
10 Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years.
11 I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.
Hosea 2:11 I will also cause all her mirth to cease, her feast days, her new moons, and her sabbaths, and all her solemn feasts.
Amos 5:21 I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies.
Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Well oviouslly you don't know much about pagan either, no offence.
See A lot of religions see only thier religion and think of others as pagan religions. "If it's not ----------- then it's pagan"
The truth is pagan just believes in different Gods then the Jewish, Christian, or Muslem God or even many Gods.
Having holidays is not just a pagan thing, so that point has to be thrown out.

Well I am Christian but I never said Muslims were pagans...but as far as Christmas being pagan the Christian aspects of Christmas are not pagan the Christians celebrate the birth of Christ...not Santa Claus. Easter is celebrated by Christains as passover and the resurection of Christ not the easter bunny...

You are exactly correct!. The Catholic church claims to be the church that Jesus started. That is a bald faced lie. They claim the Apostle Peter was the first pope. Another lie. The first pope was a man named Simon Magus. He's mentioned in Acts 8. Check the history - Peter never was in Rome! The Protestant churches used to teach, correctly, that the Catholic church was the "whore" mentioned in Revelation. They don't teach that any more because someone pointed out to them that would make the Protestant churches the harlot daughters that the whore bore. Revelation 17 verse 5. If it is not the catholic and protestant churches who else fits this historically?

All these stems from the lack in knowledge of each other. You can hear Christian call Muslim different names, and vice verse.
Most important to these people, is that they justify their own belief by putting other 'down' without fully understanding what the other party had/has to say. This sort of self sustaining grouping is like the Blind leading the blind. The ulitmate point in their arguement is to attack.
Understanding and respect...

It is not Christianity that has pagan rituals. It is the Christian
Religion. There is a difference. A religion is an attempt(all-
beit futile) to reach God. Christianity is a relationship with
God. He is our Father, we are His sons(and daughters).
I Corinthians 13;8a, Love never fails.

judaism, christianity, and islam all have things in common with paganism because first they took ideas from paganism to make their religions, then they said pagans were bad so no one would realize where those ideas really came from.
