My mother in law has a law suit for discrimination against her employer. She contacted the state, and they put her in contact with a lawyer. Now she's suing the business. They hired her back to save their *sses, but cut her hours, her benefits, pay...gives her more grounds for the lawsuit. So I say contact the right people, or search for a lawyer who deals with discrimination cases to seek further advice.
