If you don't want to spend the rest of your night with the guy, don't accept the drink. If he offers to buy you one, and you're not attracted to him, turn him down. If he sends you a drink from across the bar, send it back to him with a message of "thanks but no thanks". It's a guy's way of showing interest in you, you accepting it is your way of showing interest in him. If you are not interested in him DO NOT accept, it's your own damn fault if you do take the drink and he won't leave you alone.

Because, the only reason he probably offered you a drink was because he wanted to get you in bed. It's called "picking up girls", a nasty habbit some guys develope when they don't know how to have committed relationships. Your best bet: don't hang around in places where guys like that go. Find yourself someplace better. Or at least, don't accept the drink in the first place.

I agree with louise T. A guy only offers drinks to women he wants to get to know better. So naturally he will want to have your undivided attention. But it shouldnt obligate a woman to spend all day talking to him or to have sex with him, so dont feel obligated, unless I bought you that drink. :)

LADIES!!! LISTEN UP!!!

MEN BUY WOMEN DRINKS HOPING THAT THE WOMAN/GIRL WILL F*CK THEM THAT NIGHT OR EVENTUALLY. THAT IS ALSO WHY EVERY SINGLE MAN YOU MEET IS NICE TO YOU.

UNDERSTAND?????

Even your husband's brother wants to f*ck you when he is nice. Even your best friend's boyfriend when he holds the door open or smiles.

Like Chris Rock said everytime a man is nice to you he is asking "Would you like some d*ck?"

Hey, slam the guys drink and say thanks. Then walk off and be done with it. If he lays a hand on you just have the bouncers pound the holy crap out of him.

Because he feels that since he's invested a good couple dollars in you, you need to return the favour by blowing him.
