Get a lexicon and read in context. Here is what Peter says about Paul, his writings, and people who twist them:
"...even as our BELOVED brother Paul also according to the WISDOM GIVEN UNTO HIM hath written unto you;
As also in all his Epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which THEY THAT ARE UNLEARNED AND UNSTABLE TWIST, AS THEY DO THE OTHER SCRIPTURES, unto their own destruction.
Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the WICKED, fall from your own steadfastness."
II Peter 3:15-17

Jesus did not. Others probably did. This is why we can thank God for sending a saviour. The antics of humankind are not perfect. However, if you notice, the gift that Paul used was guile. Those were some very dark times, and much different. There was little Christianity then and even less interest. What would the Father do? I believe he would forgive Paul because he was only human. I do too.

Do you read whole verses?
Every post you have writen so far, take a single verse out of context, and you twist the meaning. Im going to look this one up too, and tell you why your wrong. Do some research, would you?
If you finish all of Romans 3, you will see it is about judging all people for thier own sins, even if they did it for a purpose to serve God. Paul did not say he had done this, it was a parable.
2 Corinthians 11 12 were ALSO a parables, not a practice of Paul. Read the whole thing.

You seem to be on a mission to confuse people who do not read the Bible seeing you just take your verses out of context.I am of the opinion that you are seeking a truth which you think is embedded in the pages of the Bible, but the way you are going about it, you may never find it if you question every line of a verse you read, simply because you are not a fan of Paul's'.
As of now we really cannot tell what the truth is, seeing most of the things we deliberate upon in yahoo answers have been so greatly distorted, but if you are seeking God you need to find him in your heart, the Book is mainly a guide but you will not understand a thing till you consider it in its entirety and not every line singly.
I can almost say you are not the first to have these same feelings but it has not stopped people from believing what they chose;
That is based on faith, stop fighting your understanding leave Paul alone, if he has lied then there is a god that sees all hearts, and if his attitude and lie is leading all Christians astray, then i pray the grace of God to save them all, but as for you, Stop Questioning and start reasoning

Actually Christianity is founded upon lies throughout the bible not only Paul's letters. But as I said in another answer, Paul did not write everything attributed to him. Paul was a human and he was far from perfect. His letters to family and friends are interesting but they are not the word of god. So I agree with you about Christianity but removing Paul removes Christianity, and that is why his letters have been tolerated for two millennia. My argument is that Paul was a real christian and he was an initiate like Jesus, but the words of both have been greatly distorted. An no, Jesus did not teach to lie & steel, such things (and worse) were taught by Yahweh.

Hey!! I enjoyed reading your questions... really worth pondering. Here are some thoughts......
The context of Romans 3:7 is this: Paul states in the beginning of the chapter that men's "lack of faith [will not] nullify God's faithfulness." That is, while man is weak, God is still faithful.
He follows his rhetoric by saying, "Well, some people say, 'If that's the case, then let's be unfaithful and lacking in faith! Because that will show people God's glory!'" To this flawed thinking, Paul says, "No, it's not the way this works."
So the verse you quoted (Romans 3:7) is actually Paul's reference to some possible arguments from people who question man's duty to God. It is not an argument from Paul, but a hypothetical statement to let him explain further.
As for 2 Cor. 11:8, I think Paul is making an exaggerated statement to say how he'd kept this particular church free from burdens, an exception from among many other churches.
He says, "Was it a sin for me to lower myself in order to elevate you by preaching the gospel of God to you free of charge? ...When I was with you and needed something, I was not a burden to anyone, for the brothers who came from Macedonia supplied what I needed. I have kept myself from being a burden to you in any way, and will continue to do so." It's a statement of love, not a robber's confession!
May you continue to seek truth from the Bible and find a passion that keeps life going.

Way to take verses out of context. Taking the 1st in context shows he was asking a hypothetical question, as with Jesus in Mark 10:18
Romans 3:7 For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?
8 And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.
Taking the 2nd in context, one sees Paul referred to his justifiable requests for material welfare, even as he cared for those who went with him on his missionary journeys. 2 Cor. 11:9
Taking the 3rd in context, he is referring to his focus of attention on the church... Nice try in putting words in the Bible's mouth so to speak, have you ever read the curse at the end of Revelation?

a million Peter 3:15 New worldwide version (NIV) 15 yet on your hearts revere Christ as Lord. consistently be arranged to furnish an answer to all human beings who asks you to furnish the reason of the wish which you have. yet try this with gentleness and admire, The final sentence is frequently forgotten while protecting or spreading Christianity. we are no longer applicable the two and we make errors too, no longer an excuse, in spite of the undeniable fact that that is clarification.

Quotes taken out of context... Badly translated from Hebrew... and poorly translated into modern day English...
Give it a rest and stop worring... your faith will thank you. Just think of the book as a bunch of good lessons, of which some apply today and others don't. Follow your heart and your conscience to decide whats right and whats BS.

Aah... you seem to have opened your eyes with your tirade against Paul or the Pauline doctrine.
I think you really want to say SOMETHINE ELSE though, rather than confound others about your discoveries, don't you?
Peace be with you!
