my bf has started drinking recently.he is 23...and getting in a habit of it.iam concerned abt his health.what precautions shud i take?like i hv heard one shud always eat after having a drink....one shud not hv neat...etc....last week he drank continously for 3 days.is their ny particular diet which may help?

He is probably going through a bad patch of some kind. Have you spoken to him about it (I don't mean confronted). Often just a little gentle reminder of the dangers of drink will be enough to calm him down again. If it doesn't you have to make a choice.
Being with a drunk is never a good thing and often leads to violence. Even if it happens once get out of there and don't look back.

I think this is way too much. It sounds as if he may have a problem with alcohal, some people do and I speak from previous experience with a close family member. talk to him and see if he's willing to get help with it, he may not realise how bad it's got, or there may be an underlying reason. But if he carries on like this, if it were me I'd dump him. Sorry!

Too much alcohol is not good.Alcoholism will damage liver.You can seek the help of Alocholic Anonymous/councelling centres.

Try AA.

make sure he drinks plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
