In my opinion people in general are jealous for different reasons. It might be a lack of self confidence or low self esteem. Another reason might be that they've been cheated on before so they have problems with trust issues. They fear their partner will cheat on them also making them paranoid at times. There's also the men/woman who are huge flirts that totally disrespect their partner by trying to pick up every man/woman they come across. These men/woman are simply rude and disrespectful. If they act that way in your presence then a men/woman wonders how he/she acts when he/she's not around. You have the men/woman who like to taunt their boyfriends/girlfriends or husband/wives. They will comment how beautiful this lady is or how he has great a butt, or body .... That makes their partner feel as if he/she's not good enough or can't measure up to his/her beauty standards.

I think it's different for different people. In my case, my husband is more jealous than I am. I let him go to the strip clubs with his friends, his best friend is his ex gf (I don't like her, and don't trust her but I trust him), and I make sure he does still get his "guy time". Him on the other hand, he freaks if he hears I've been talking to my best friend on the phone or online (we moved out of state so my best friend Robbie and I talk online all the time). God forbid I even mention talking to one of my exes that showed up at Robbie's.

I dont think you can acutally sat either cause it depends on the person and on past experinces they have had or just how much they trust the person and of course if thier self confident is nothing and thier are issues then the person is bound to be jeolous so you cannot acutally say which sex cause it depends on the person.

No. They are often seen as being more jealous simply because they are more open about their feelings and more confident about raising concerns with partners. Men bottle up their emotions and are notoriously jealous but would rather tear themselves apart that admit it !

Absolutely no. Both makes and females are jelous. The young especially. Most do not understand that jelousy is selfishness and can be avoided by understanding. The green monster that can kill.

Maybe they wish you knew how to spell jealous. No, in all seriousness, guys are just horny. They want your body, but not in the way you've been thinking.

I think so, but blokes are more open about it. I punched someone just for asking questions about her. I get real jealous real easy.
