What sort of reprocussions is this passage implying?

Is it referring to a Christian who has abandoned his faith?

Or a Christian who lets a sin take over his/her own life?

Or a Non-Christian who rejects Christ?

Check out the whole passage for reference.

I think this is talking about false teachers. These people knew God's truth but taught things not of Him
It is the false teacher who is in grave danger, for he has tasted the things of God and chooses to lead others astray
It can't be a non Christian because they haven't tasted the things of God
And this is not the backslider or it would be a call to repentance
I read the chapter again. It's definitely about those who lead others astray
