It's more than ten years sincer I started to learn English, but now I still couldn't speak English well. Sometimes I think maybe it because of my stupid.Sometimes I even want to give up it.
I know practice is very good for spoken English, but there are not enough chance to practice speaking and listening, even we don't have the chance at all.

First off, thank you for learning English. You are alot better than most people out there with another primairy language.

There are way too many people that come to this country and dont know a lick of English and talk to me (i work at the airport) and when they figure out i dont know their language start yelling at me. If you go to a country common sense would say at least learn the basics of the language along with the most important things like "Where is the bathroom" "Where is a restraunt" "Where is an ATM".... those kinds of things.

you are right and that is the reason why you have to find a way to practice it everyday so that you wont forget what you have just learned. What i would do is find somwone who speaks good English and become that persons friend and that way you can practice everyday. Or if you cannot find, you can chat with people in English instead.

Good luck.

Reading your question, you are doing really well. I have always wanted to learn another language. I admire your persistence. Maybe if you get more people on yahoo messenger or MSN messenger that speaks English, you can practise more.
