What do I think I think if Iran delevop its nuclear techonogly they will use it was a reason to attack and force the country into a regime that is more favourable to one of the USA (In other words a decomamic imposed dictiorship)
Although I can understand the USA concerns over Iran delevoping nucleaer techonolgy. But also Iran has a right to
delevop nuclear weapons for self defensive from that seems to be from iran's side an agreesive country. Lets face it the USA as of this date has been the only country to use nuclear weapons in war.
Note even thought there are non-nuclear threaties, the USA has researched on possiblary of battlefield nukes and on times has broken nuclear treaties with the old USSR saying that they are out dated.

Iran used to be on our side. (US). I dated an Iranian when I got out of highschool 1975-76. I think that wars are not about oil or religion, but about politics, power and the ability of a few to manipulate the many. Since there are always people seeking power I don't hold out much hope for any country, including the US to have a good future.

Destabilization of a progressive society, enormous inflation due to economic sanctions and poor decisions made by Ahmadinejad - who rules with his pride and not his heart.
Ultimately, the Grand Ayatolla, feeling the economic pinch declares the Ahmadinejad government herestical, the President is replaced, Nuclear proliferation and rhetorical political gamesmanship is ended and Iran is back on a progressive path..

You mean future?
Iran is in a heap of trouble, for abrogating its international agreements on nuclear technology. The country's leadership, with its blustering anti-West/anti-Israel/anti-cooperative pronoucements, is only digging itself deeper into an image of a pariah nation. One has to ask the question, whom does Iran believe it needs to protect itself against with nuclear weapons? Like Iraq in the 1980's, the country is simply making itself a target for the West and Israel. Israel views Iran as a strategic threat, because of its support for Hizbollah and its press for nuclear weapons technology. The Israelis, in response, are building up there long-range missle capability, especially in-country developed cruise missles, with nuclear warhead capability. It would not surprise me that if Iran does not back down, it may very well face a pre-emptive attack on its known nuclear facilities.
