Hebrews 2 WEB
1 Therefore we ought to pay greater attention to the things that were heard, lest perhaps we drift away.
2 For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense;
3 how will we escape if we neglect so great a salvation-which at the first having been spoken through the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard;
4 God also testifying with them, both by signs and wonders, by various works of power, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to his own will?
5 For he didn't subject the world to come, of which we speak, to angels.
6 But one has somewhere testified, saying, "What is man, that you think of him? Or the son of man, that you care for him?
7 You made him a little lower than the angels. You crowned him with glory and honor.
8 You have put all things in subjection under his feet." For in that he subjected all things to him, he left nothing that is not subject to him. But now we don't see all things subjected to him, yet.
9 But we see him who has been made a little lower than the angels, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that by the grace of God he should taste of death for everyone.
10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and through whom are all things, in bringing many children to glory, to make the author of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
11 For both he who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are all from one, for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brothers,
12 saying, "I will declare your name to my brothers. In the midst of the congregation I will sing your praise."
13 Again, "I will put my trust in him." Again, "Behold, here I am with the children whom God has given me."
14 Since then the children have shared in flesh and blood, he also himself in like manner partook of the same, that through death he might bring to nothing him who had the power of death, that is, the devil,
15 and might deliver all of them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
16 For most certainly, he doesn't give help to angels, but he gives help to the seed of Abraham.
17 Therefore he was obligated in all things to be made like his brothers, that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make atonement for the sins of the people.
18 For in that he himself has suffered being tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.
TRANSLATED TO MEAN THAT
Jesus Made Like His Brothers
5It is not to angels that he has subjected the world to come, about which we are speaking. 6But there is a place where someone has testified:
"What is man that you are mindful of him,
the son of man that you care for him?
7You made him a little[a] lower than the angels;
you crowned him with glory and honor
8and put everything under his feet?[b]In putting everything under him, God left nothing that is not subject to him. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to him. 9But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.
10In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering. 11Both the one who makes men holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers. 12He says,
"I will declare your name to my brothers;
in the presence of the congregation I will sing your praises."[c] 13And again,
"I will put my trust in him."[d] And again he says,
"Here am I, and the children God has given me."[e]
14Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil— 15and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. 16For surely it is not angels he helps, but Abraham's descendants. 17For this reason he had to be made like his brothers in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for[f]the sins of the people. 18Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
OR SIMPLY PUT ANOTHER WAY
And what is the moving cause of all the kindness God shows to men in giving Christ for them and to them? it is the grace of God. As a reward of Christ's humiliation in suffering death, he has unlimited dominion over all things; thus this ancient scripture was fulfilled in him. Thus God has done wonderful things for us in creation and providence, but for these we have made the basest returns.

Psalm 8:4
What is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him?
Because we are the only creatures that God created in His image. He wanted to see and fortify Himself poured out upon the face of the planet He created.
So now we are to be fruitful and multiply. Not just make babies, fornicate, committ adultery etc. But sanctify God and glorify Him by giving our lives to Him, then Holy Matrimony and then the expression of our love life is to continue reproducing after "His" kind. Teaching our children about Him.

The Bible says that man(kind) is God's crowning glory; therefore I do not believe in space aliens with a higher intelligence than mankind's. The Bible also says that God's habitation is with man(kind). God is very much mindful of humans and life on this planet. The psalmist in the verse you quoted was being humble and thoughtful concerning the ways of God.

(Psalm 8:4) What is mortal man that you keep him in mind, And the son of earthling man that you take care of him?
Jehovah God's greatness compared to puny mankind
David was deeply impressed with the Creator’s infinite greatness and his own smallness.

This question is scripture, from the Psalms. The Bible tells us that man is God's greatest creation. He considers us His first fruits, and Christians understand the significance of first fruits. God loves us above all His creations. He has even put the angels in heaven as protectors over us.

JESUS was born from VIRGIN mother indeed science has explanation for that since there are species that are parthenogenic (born of single sex) but homosapiens are strict sexual but since God has power on all things God can produce a baby from VIRGIN MARRY .JESUS was son of MARRY He called himself son of man because the up coming MESSIAH should be from DAVID origin MARRY was not but JOSEPH was so as a respect He was called seed of DAVID son of man

"Wherein have I invented one thought but by looking upon Thy works? And yet, though I have appropriated the earth unto myself, I am not happy nor perfect withal. Misery and crime and selfishness are upon my people. Thou broughest me forth out of sin and darkness and clothed me in light. I behold the smallness of myself in Thy great works. Why have I vainly set myself up as the highest of Thy works? My failures are worse than any other living creature under the sun. I cannot build my house in perfection like a bird's; my ingenuity cannot fashion a spider's net; I cannot sail up in the air like a bird, nor live in the water like the fish, nor dwell in harmony like the bee. The half of my offspring die in infancy; the multitude of my household are quarrelers, fighters, drunkards and beggars, the best of my sons and daughters are less faithful than a dog. I go forth to war to slay my brother, even whilst Thy wide earth hath room for all. Yea, I accurse the earth with starvation and sin and untimely death. O that I could school myself to boast not of my greatness; that I should be forever ashamed in thy sight, Jehovih!............"

It shows how much God cares for his creation. To come down and die for our sins. A God that wants a personal relationship with his created beings. It's a wonderful thing God has done, and I look forward to his Kingdom on earth.

The Lord's servant Job took up the original lament; he being tormented by doubts and questions as he was under an attack of Satan. Job survived, a teaching for us all, in that he always returned to that which he knew and believed...His God is God, and He can do no wrong thing. Ever.
Job 7:12 Am I a sea, or a whale, that thou settest a watch over me?
Job 7:13 When I say, My bed shall comfort me, my couch shall ease my complaint;
Job 7:14 Then thou scarest me with dreams, and terrifiest me through visions:
Job 7:15 So that my soul chooseth strangling, and death rather than my life.
Job 7:16 I loathe it; I would not live always: let me alone; for my days are vanity.
Job 7:17 What is man, that thou shouldest magnify him? and that thou shouldest set thine heart upon him?
Job 7:18 And that thou shouldest visit him every morning, and try him every moment?
Job 7:19 How long wilt thou not depart from me, nor let me alone till I swallow down my spittle?
Job 7:20 I have sinned; what shall I do unto thee, O thou preserver of men? why hast thou set me as a mark against thee, so that I am a burden to myself?
Job 7:21 And why dost thou not pardon my transgression, and take away mine iniquity? for now shall I sleep in the dust; and thou shalt seek me in the morning, but I shall not be.
Not the first to take up the words from the book of Job, David is regarded as one who marvelled at the care God shows for a small creature, man....
Psa 8:3 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
Psa 8:4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
Psa 8:5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honor.
Psa 8:6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:
Psa 8:7 All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;
Psa 8:8 The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.
Psa 8:9 O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!
