I'd stay away from water. Dip the wings in creamy blue cheese sauce - that makes them milder and complements their flavour. If it's still too much, do what they do in India and have some yoghurt. To achieve this you can either make yourself a dip or a lassi (a drink made of yoghurt that can be either sweet, salty or flavoured with fruit juice). Try for example a mango one:
1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped (or tinned mango or tinned mango pulp)
150ml/5fl oz milk
175ml/6fl oz natural yogurt
2 tsp sugar

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz.
2. Pour into glasses and add some ice cubes.
(For more recipes check out http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes and search for lassi).

Although, now that I'm thinking of it, if they are proper buffalo wings, a bowl of water is a good idea. Just add some lemon juice/lemon wedges and use the mix to wash your hands.

well, you take a fork to hold the wing down, then take a knife to slice a piece of the chicken...j/k!! there isn't a proper way to eat a buffalo wing.. just eat them with ur fingers and make sure not to eat the bones!! :)

With a large glass of water! They are so spicy you are going to need it. But for real, you are allowed to eat chicken with your fingers. Just break the wing pieces apart and eat the meat from the bones.
