Probably not 'most people' but certainly quite a few .
I would say the problem is not very often due to physical weakness, but mainly can be put down to upbringing, some may have been taught that sex is only for 'true lovers' or it's not a very nice thing to do or even shouldn't be discussed.
Some people may have had a very 'off putting' sexual experience!
So mainly it's all in the mind and having a really good chat with someone you trust could sort it out!!

Most of the people donot have sexual problem.Only 10 percent of sexual patients require treatment. Most of them are psychological or misunderstanding. Most of the problem is regarding size of penis. It is immaterial even 2.5 inch can satisfy woman.Premature ejaculation comes next,it can be controlled or overcome by councelling to certain extent.Regarding women ,it is frigidity or not experiancing orgasam. This requires education and councelling of both partners.Absenses of sex education is the reasons for sexual complaints/problems.Secondly people treat sex as most important activity, people have to learn that it is one of the lines of pleasure.

Because of the way it is built up by media etc. Sex sells and if people realised that it is just really at the end of the day a natural physical act (although very enjoyable) that should come naturally to all, then they would not be swayed by "you should be doing this and your partner needs that..". Bollocks! just talk to each other.

There may be physical or psychological or both reasons for those having the problem. It should be checked out. But I do think there's often a psychological background.
