we're friends and hang out, but its hard to find an excuse to touch him. we laugh and joke around all the time, though.

Next time he comes running to you, up the stairs or does anything that could possibly make his heart rate go faster, ask him, "how fast is your heart beating right now?", regardless of what he says, you reply, "let me check it out myself" and then you put your hand on his chest, right where his heart is at, and pretend to listen/feel the heart beat.. And if you really want to drive him wild, ... after you've felt his heart beat for a min, you say "gosh, your heart is beating so fast compared to mine, see for yourself" now you take his hand and put his palm on your chest where your heart is at (right between the boobies) ...listening to someone's heart beat is so intimate anyways + he will get so turned on feeling your soft womanly chest mound under his hand. heehee :-)

just a cute side glance with a smile might make him take notice and maybe a coy joke nothing to sexual just something maybe like wanting to see how he kisses or like doing something dainty with your hands as if to gesture him to come closer..but honestly just a nice smile in his direction should be good enough.
