It’s impossible to make a diagnosis online like this.
I don't like it, not at all. It may be noting but on the other hand she may have something. As soon as you get toe money she does need to see a vet
What ever you do not let her or any of her things get near any other cats.
As soon as you can afford it get her to a vet.
Watch her breathing and temperature.

If you have an animal shelter in town you may want to call them and see if the can help.

If you got your kitten from a shelter then the cold could be because of the exposure it had from many other animals there, but if you don't have money to take it to the vet then try taking it to a shelter where they might be able to assist you for free of for a very low price. On the other hand, look on the yellow pages and see if there's an animal hospital that can help by financing the cost, or with a discount. About the simptoms you mention, I have to say that they normally take a little while to go away, and although there's not much you can do, keep giving her lots of water, and have her stay indoors ( if she happens to go out) and when she's laying down, cover her with a light blanket and make sure the temperature at home isn't too cold. I don't know about the humidifier, but if I was you I wouldn't use the vapor rub or eucalyptus because I've read in the Cat Fancy magazine that you shouldn't use any remedies you'd use on people because they could be harmful so please remember that. Just let the cold follow its process, since it takes some time to take its course, and as long as she's still playing and eating you shouldn't worry much. Just don't forget to give her a lot of TLC ( you won't get a cold from her) and eventhough it sounds silly try to help her by using a soft kleenex to wipe her eyes and nose, everytime they get watery ( you don't know but it might bother her some)

Take her to the Vet. It could be the start of a respiratory infection. If it doesn't get better with the humidifier, it could be serious. Sometimes some vet clinics will talk to you on the phone and give you advice. Try calling a local shelter, they always have an experienced vet tech available.

Kittens with colds can turn into something much worse. If you dont have money for a vet, you should not have a kitten. Sounds like she NEEDS antibiotics. Please call a vet and explain your situation or call a cat rescue organization and hand over the poor kitten to them so they can have it treated and find him a new home. If he dies, it's your fault in essence.

I will suggest you, take some water and add few drops of dettol. wet the cloth in this water rinse it well. wipe her body. when my cat had disentry i called a vet he told me the name of madicine on phone. you can try it. the madicine he told was a same that used for infants. so it will be easy if you call a vet, find number from directory, make a call, He will advice you. and in case of cold beleive me it gets cured with time, no madicine require.
you can keep her in a warm towel after wiping her with dettol. pat her, kiss her, she need a touch of love a lot in this condition. so don't worry at all she will be fine.

I would get a wash cloth and run it under warm water. Then squeeze all the water out and wash her little face off. Just keep doing that, I've had that happen to my new kitten also. It happens to alot of kittens.

This is not a matter to be taken lightly. Take her to the vet "ASAP".She could have something very serious that could be life threatening.
