I'm a night owl. No matter what time I get up I just can't sleep at night. I've tried prescription sleeping pills to no avail. So, I make the best of my time awake. I usually play on the computer, read a book, or watch tv. I've tried lying in bed all night and never went to sleep. Might as well be using my mind while I'm awake.

Yeah i find it hard to fall a sleep when i have a song stuck in my head!!

I usually make up little stories in my head.. like movies... not about me or my life but about things that i probebly will never do!!!

this is also a good way to have good dreams!

When I can't sleep it's time to do something that may either help induce sleep or do something to make the most of the time while I can't sleep. Time is precious, including the hours I usually miss due to snoring my head off ;)..
I draw and write usually and if it requires concentration then it's pretty tiring too unless the piece I am working on has caught my attention.
Learning is my passion and I am convinced my dreams are part of the lessons and most of the time my sleepless nights are because of my dreams.

The more u get anxious about not able to sleep, th emore it is going to elude u. Do not watch TV/computer before sleeping as it stimulates the mind and yes do read a book or meditate. i am sure it'll help

I watch TV or get on the net or read a book. Reading book has been the most effective.
