If My laptop pc DVD isn't working, bypass on line and detect a ISO record burner. Or it could desire to merely be which you relatively don't have a CD burner. If thepersistent says CD-R or DVD-R, then your pc can no longer use this methodology and you'll be able to't burn a action picture on it. in case you nevertheless won't be in a position to try this, then bypass to the hyperlink under to confirm a Linux USB Installer.

i didn't get what you mean by booting your pc from dvd. Do you want to boot from dvd prior to installation? That would be making a pirate copy of the OSs you mentioned which makes it illegal. Or do you want to boot your Microsoft OS from DVD, it wouldn't be possible because there are no Microsoft live CDs. If you want to boot an OS without installation or you dont have any hard drive. try using Linux Live CD. you can start your pc directly from your CD.

i would recommend Kanotix, you can also try out SLAX.

Interesting :-) Its good to know that we can boot our PC with a read-only media.

But, if we can boot the PC with DVD, we cannot install any applications because its Registry will be maintained on the DVD.

Let me put a watch to this thread.
