when using metal choc moulds do u have to grease them first?

A good friend of mine would use a nonstick,non flavored cooking spray. She would use a very fine mist. If you sit the mold in hot or warm water, it's going to melt some & you'd lose any fine or small detail. She also had these molds that you could twist & the suckers or candy would pop out!!

i would think so or you will probable have to sit them in hot water to get the choc out.

Use pam or joy or cooking spray
