Go to www.nami.org They have a help line and are very knowledgable. Also many hyperlinks there so you can talk to somebody. Get help locally by calling hotline in front of your phone book. You are not alone-there are people who understand. It's "bi-polar"

Wait a minute... do you owe your family something? Why tell them anything at all. Where I come from, our intimate experiences are usually kept to themselves. I say tell them nothing. Boom!! Now you have nothing to worry about.

when your talking to your family talk to them about people that are bi and gay and if they are cool with them and your 100% sure that they are cool with them then come out torse them
