Such 'uneven yokings' are frowned upon by Jehovah's Witnesses. A Witness who dates outside the religion will lose congregation privileges, but cannot be disfellowshipped. If a minor living at home, the parents are also likely to lose privileges.

I used to be a Witness and In this specific religion for some strange reason it is frowned down upon(Even if you are a very good person)....If he or she digs you then I would hollar....but remember that if you do she or he will be looked down upon in her church services. Not only by the members but by her parents and friends.....Its a very strange religion.....U can't even celebrate holidays or even your own Birthday.....Rittle me that BatMan

There is no restriction in the bible. After all, Jehovah is not found in the hebrew bible because J ang V is no where in the hebrew alphabet.

of course. the family may be a little more or less orthodox than normal. someone gets pregnant expect a marriage before the child is born.
