Who did Cain have children with?

Their was Adam and Eve,Right?

Cain after cursed by God went out in the land of Nod on the east of Eden and knew his wife? then had children

Who was the human of that world for him to have children with? or was they human?

Could this be where the cave men came from?

There are many things it could be. I will tell you a few and then tell you which it is in my opinion.

1. Sister; since according to many religions Adam and Eve were the first (they were already taken by each other) and Cain was one of thier children; thus there would not be anybody besides sisters. It could have also been a niece.

2. Aliens, since the beginning of time there has been things done and stuff created that they did not have technology to do; example metal in between blocks of pyamids. So if you believe in aliens this could be a possibility.

3. Apes or another animal. Yes, there has always been people sexually aroused by animals. It's not just in the past few years.

4. God made more then Adam and Eve. There are many stories from a lot of different religions about there creation, much like Adam and Eve. God could have made Adam and Eve. Then after he wached them a while could have made more.

My opinion is it was his sister. Yes, I believe in aliens, but I believe they came later. I know that man has had sex with animals, but I don't believe a child could have been born. It is like that time they tried to put an apes heart into a human body. The body rejected the heart. Last, but not least, yes God could have made more, but I have seen no writings on it in any religion I've looked at. I believe everybody's religion is just telling there version of Adam and Eve.

added: cave man this is an easy answer. Man adapts to envioronment. Remember back then there was no electricity or anything like that. They had to learn to kill animals to eat. So it's not like they started off going oh a huge stick, now if I sharpen this.....

They started off with thier bear hands. Man was not always the top of the food chain, we just adapted until we were. An example of us adapting is the more north you go the thinker the human skin is. The bodies are able to deal with cold better same as if you go south. The bodies are better able to deal with heat.

The bodies just adapted to thier situation. In time they adapted to how they are today.

OK...this is a pretty common question...and most here tend to feel it was his sister but...If you look at Genesis 1:1 and see the complete sentence. You have to know since at that time there was no such thing as time ...(and this is the first example) by the time God finishes time existed...BUT...no matter what till this day ..time is not relevant to God...So when Cain Goes out after being banished...YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG IT WAS TILL HE KNEW HIS WIFE...It could have been 30 40 60 years...till he met her and they got together....so in all actuality...it could be a cousin ..not necessarily his sister

Another thing to remember..is that the law had not been given yet..so although...you all.. may view this as incest...it was not even called incest till after moses had gotten the commandments from God in Leviticus..then it was illegal for inner family relations....God bless

Adam & Eve had many children and he married his sister.The Bible usually only names the son, because they are the ones that recieve the blessing from God and to carry on the seed, so they are the most important. I can see how you were confused. But as for the cave men, people look different occording to their environment and their diet. Just look at the Pigmy population and eve the so called "Hobbits" that archeologist discoverd. Now that's interesting!

It's not specified at all in the Bible. Cain's wife appears out of nowhere in one line. Most scholars believe her to be a sister since that all it could be. Adam and Eve didn't stop after 2 kids, they say, so he married his sister.

Adam and Eve were only the first Hebrews. The word Hebrew means "people" in Hebrew, which is the case in most languages. So that does not preclude the rest of humanity from being around already.

Actually, Hebrews mean the one that comes from beyond.. and the root word of it means passing through..
Plus, adam was not the first hebrew.. the first hebrew mentioned in the bible was Abram, afterward Abraham..

anyway.. incest wasn't an issue at that time... their genes were so perfect at the beginning of creation that there won't be any genetic problems....
anyway, abraham's wife who was sarah was a half sister..
which tell us that incest is probrably not accepted a long time afterwards...

Since Adam and Eve had to populate the earth, it was probably one of their daughters... which means it was Cain's sister...
