In small amounts. I would suggest Orange and/or Grape soda, no caffine and it's tasty.

Coca-Cola? It might be "safe" but it certainly isn't anything you should give to kids. I don't know how old the children are, but an occasional Coke for a child 10 or so probably is OK. But not every day. Drinking Coke frequently is a risk for children because of the empty calories and large quantity of sugar which aren't good for their weight or their teeth. And it means they are not drinking the good stuff. But there is absolutely NO reason for a child to have a soft drink of any kind. Milk, juice, and water are all preferable.

Yes, Coke is safe for children, However, in my opinion soda should only be given to children as a infrequent treat, not commonplace.

I wouldn't reccomend it, of course sugary caffinated sodas are not 'good' for children, but we live in the real world and I do have to admit, that I drink alot of coke myself and my kids have sips of mine now and then, but I don't give them a whole can. However they do get a big kick out of choosing their own pops out of soda machines, and I try to guide them to pick the ones that are caffine free.

NO it is not. I am an adult and I have stopped drinking coke for about six years. In recent years it has been making me sick every time I drink it. If it has been making me so violently ill, think of what it will do to a child who drinks it.

Try the decaffeinated version. Children should not have caffeine because it affects the nervous system. Their systems are still growing and they don't need the extra stress caffeine causes on it.
