Make a list of all the little projects that you've been meaning to get to, the movies you want to rent that your wife doesn't like, and the books you don't have time for when you're busy takin' care of the Mrs.
I'm away from my home for a month each summer, and my husband uses the time to catch up on stuff like that on his own schedule. It's nice to come home to find the blackberry vines tamed, to hear summaries of what he's read, and to go to the video store and not hear "You'll probably hate it, but I'd like to see..."
