Its creeping me out. Do you think i should go the the emergency room? Would it be food pushed up in my gum?

It sounds like more than food in your gums. Since your glands are swollen it sounds like an infection, but it could be anything from Strep to Mono, for all I know. However, if it's just a little painful at this point, it's probably not worth a trip to the emergency room. Make an appointment with your doctor tomorrow and go in ASAP!

Don't go to the emergency room but get into your doctor first thing tomorrow. It's probably not related to your gums because it's in your throat and glands too. You have an infection that is non-dental related. Your physician will put you on antibiotics and you will start to feel better in a couple of days.

It's not food, could be an allergic reaction or could be some kind of infection. Call your doc and make an appt, or go to the ER.

try some listerine if that doesn't help go to the doctor for some antibiotics. Only go to the ER if your throat feels like its closing and you are having trouble breathing.
