I have been taking this drug for years and it is becoming harder to get and i forgot what its like to be without it, I need to quit...and I am not sure if the addiction is physical or psycological, but Man- I like the feeling I get from it and its legal, but expensive. I just want to quit and dont know how....Anyone else feel me...or am I the only sailor in the boat?

No, you are not alone. The addiciton is mostly psychological. This drug is very hard on your heart and circulatory system. Too much can cause you to be very paranoid. Get some help. This qualifies you for drug rehab!! You are taking an ingredient of homemade meth!!!

Ephedrine? I've heard too many bad story about that stuff! People were talking about that on talk shows and one guy in particular, became paralyzed on his whole left side and he was someone who use to work out in a gym. They even took it off the market and it's been all over the news!
If you're going to spend that kind of money to buy it, you may as well spend the money getting off of it by getting professional help. I would suggest you talk to someone you know who might have connections for you to get help in your local area. If you really want to quit, make some phone calls and ask questions.
You're probably going to need to stay clear of anyone who will tempt you when you're trying to quit. That's when you'll want it the most.
Good Luck! I hope you get free from it.

you are not alone out there. but you need to get off of it. the safest way would be to go to a doctor/clinic and talk with them some drugs are much harder to wean off of than others and cause different side effects. i would suspect (not a doctor here) its both physical and psycological. like said you need to get some input/help. the mental resource center in your town can refer you to a place that deals with addictions.

I was taking Xenadrine with Ephedra in it before it was banned. I really liked it because it gave me the energy to work out after a long day at work. I can't say I was addicted, but I'd buy it again if they put it back on the shelves for a reasonable price!

That's the **** cocain is cut with. i have no idea how you're getting that legally, but i'm in Canada so maybe it's different where you are. If you really want to get off it, you need to talk your doctor, he'll be able to help the most.
