What are they meant to include and why won't the Vatican release them to the public??

Are they supposed to have a big impact on Christianity if they were released to the public???

What have people heard or read that the Archives are supposed to have in them or are supposed to include and about what?

Thx!

Apparently it contains vaults and vaults of documents that were gathered since the beginning of the RCC around 3rd-4th century AD when the compilation of the Bible was commissioned by then Emperor Constantine.

A lot of these writings and books were gathered and seized by the powerful church over the centuries that followed --including the advent of the Crusades between the 9th-12th centuries AD-- and many books and writings were either burned, destroyed, or kept hidden from the public view. Certain portions of HISTORY ITSELF needed to be ALTERED by the victors!

It has also been rumored that the Crusades took and pillaged most of the books housed in the Library of Alexandria [a metropolitan learning center of Ancient knowledge] as they conquered nations under the auspices of the Pope's Holy Roman Empire.

Of late, as luck would have it, the so-called Dead Sea Scrolls [now kept in the Nag Hammadi Library] and certain "other" Sacred Scriptures [aka various Gnostic Gospels] were accidentally unearthed in desert caves or discovered in Tibetan temples ONLY THIS PAST CENTURY [!] --which created havoc and a resounding controversy within the theologian community even up to now.

One can only imagine what other documents can be found buried deep within the recesses of the Vatican Archives indeed. And it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that the Vatican will ever allow public access to its Archives --since it will undoubtedly lead to public indignation and perhaps even the total collapse of the RCC-- once the press and media have easy access to its acres of underground vaults.

The disclosure "hinted" in the highly CONTROVERSIAL bestseller-book made-to-movie today is merely a glimpse of A HINT to what has been KNOWN by Biblical scholars and archeologists [ala Indiana Jones types] for the last two centuries as to the contents of the Holy Bible as well as the historicity of Christendom...

AND to add more to the controversy surrounding the RCC, among other newsworthy claims heard in pending legal suits today, one wonders as to the REASON behind WHY the Church NEEDS its own OBSERVATORY? What exactly are they looking at the heavens for at these "end of times"??
