when i first turn it on the screen comes out distorted( the windows screens is bigger than the computer screen) and i have to restart the computer to fix that. and well now its anoying. how do i permanently fix that. please no stupid answer like "ah, just leave the computer on"(durrr).

Make sure that your computer isn't set to run at a super-high resolution. The resolution might be higher than the monitor actually supports, so some stuff might get cut off (my old laptop did that).

Its a PC and it runs on Windows well that's your real problem
you should get a good computer with a good operating program like The Apple( Mac ) Tiger operating program

you can try to up grade your video drivers. your video card might be going bad. you can go to control panael and tinker with settings.itel be under display.
