Aliohope got it right. Coño is not a made-up word, and Spaniards frequently use it instead of damn, sh–t, etc. To John, who said it was made-up by Mexicans who speak very bad Spanish…um, no. Not even close.

The spelling is wrong but i think that what you are trying to write in Spanish was "Chica lo dudo" "Coño" and in English that would be "Girl i doubt it" "Sh***"

Thats the best translation i could do.
konyo is not spanish its a word the mexicans just made up, becuase some Mexicans speak very bad Spanish. For me the meaning of Konyo is probably a cursed word, but i dont know the meaning.
