My mother is bipolar,clincally depressed, hypochandriac and a lot of other diseases. My brother went through a bad time and i still cant see past it. My dad is unemployeed and is rarely there. Who can i talk to about all of these things without it costing a lot of money?

There are various hotline/community help lines that are local and will not cost much, but if you are looking for something of value find someone who inspires you, will listen and cruelty wants to be there for you. The latter option should not cost very much money, just patience.

If your mother is a hypochondriac then she probably has none of the other diseases. If your brother just went through a bad time I don't understand why you "can't see past it"? Why did you say that your father is rarely "there" ? Why wasn't it he's rarely "here"? I think you're bored!
